If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, please contact us at  support@elvashop.com firstly to confirm the solution. Once we confirm the return, we will send the return shipping address to you. Please follow all of the instructions provided.

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for returns, please confirm that:

-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label

-You will pay for return shipping. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear.

Return Policy

1. 14 Days Returns Warranty
Customers can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@elvashop.com

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear.

Please Note: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service. The return shipping address will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped back to that address. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority! 
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return. Our Customer Service Team will provide you our return address. All return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.

3. Refund
We will do refund once we've received the item you've returned.

Normally the refund will be returned in 1-4 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.

Please Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

Please kindly note that only orders that are in the paid, processing or partially shipped status may be modified or canceled.

All other orders cannot be changed. We apologize for this inconvenience. In the event that you wish to cancel a shipped or packed order, please contact us at: support@elvashop.com for assistance as soon as possible.

If your order unfortunately cannot be canceled, we kindly suggest that you accept the package and refer to our Returns for more information.
